One of my favourite tools for managing anxiety and battles inside our head (apart from my signature face massage ritual, which is incredibly helpful too!) is Access Bars.
This gentle healing process uses light head touch to unlock energy centres & release anything that doesn’t allow us to receive (good stuff from the Universe or life) or to be (fully, truly) ourselves.
