I'm Milena, a Polish-Kiwi classical musician, photographer, travel-addict, language lover & meditator (+ISFP, Aquarius & Mani Gen in Human Design;)) who learned face massage by a happy accident.

Lift Me Up was born out of love for this holistic practice and when I realised all the things I'm passionate about share the wonderful capacity to lift people up and help them connect with their hearts and bodies - and, ultimately, give more love to themselves, each other, and our beautiful planet.
