Sick in bed after a festival, iâm pondering which direction Lift Me Up should go in 2024.
Losing an old Facebook page for musicians (extension of my first blog; it got taken down out of the blue), having the LMU one hacked (?) again and then watching a video in a beautiful little mindfulness group I closed myself (wtf?!.. donât do that guys⊠you can always rebrand but donât kill a beautiful container youâve already built and put loads of love into) made me reflect on how I got here and what my why is.
And I feel⊠perhaps rather than further building up the face massage part of the business (which has grown beautifully to a point Iâm pretty happy with at the moment) and setting up a fancy studio (which would seem like a logical next step to many⊠and which I seriously considered for a moment)⊠I think Iâd rather go back - in some way - to the old days of connecting with you guys (back then on Facebook lives during Covid:)) using meditations, journaling and other healing tools and practices. Face massage is just one of them, after all. And my love for it stems from the love of helping people connect with their hearts and bodies. Not from the passion for beauty trends. (Having said that, I am about to upskill in those too⊠But the modality is very much grounded in full body work & holistic health.)
I have no idea what itâll look like. Not sure if or how to build it into my offerings (return of the LMU Circle?? More womenâs circles and retreats??). Donât know if itâll mean a serious shift or not. Trying to chill in the question and not rush anything.
Cheers to the unknown - and to a beautiful year ahead đ„đ
